Today we came out to your residence to complete estimated work. When we arrived, we had spoke with you about the location in which you wanted your Tesla charger mounted. We mounted the Tesla charger on the wall and then ran wire from your main electrical panel to the charger. Your charger is hooked up to the 50 amp breaker inside your main electrical panel. Today we also installed a surge protector on the main electrical panel. Everything has been tested and is working properly at this time. Today I came out to your residence to give you a quote to hang a chandelier and two ceiling fans. When I arrived, you had told me what you were looking to get done and show me the locations and what you wanted the fixtures at. I gave you the quote and we agreed upon the quote. Today we hung a chandelier over the dining room table. We hung a ceiling fan in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. Everything is working properly at this time. Today I came out to your residence to give you a quote to hang a chandelier. When I arrived, it should be the location and what you wanted. The chandelier hung. You then show me the chandelier that I was going to replace the existing chandelier. The quote was to take the old chandelier down and hang the new one. You agreed to the quote. Today I was called out for outlets not working in all bathrooms after water was splashed on an outlet. I reset GFCI outlet in downstairs bathroom. I also reset GFCI outlet in garage for garage door opener. Examined electrical panel in good shape, newer home. Invoice paid in full via credit card.
