All GFCI’s will be installed where needed. Permit will be pulled. Items being included at no additional cost: Install two customer supplied ceiling fans, 42 inches on the lanai Install one outdoor coach light on the lanai customer supplied. Rewire master bath vanity which has been flickering Payment is due upon completion and customers will pay by credit card. This job will have a 3 year warranty parts and labor.
