Today I came out to your residence for your new range not working properly. When I arrived I looked at your breaker and your range. When looking in your panel I found your range was on a 70 amp breaker. After looking at the range and its manual I found the range is only suppose to be on a 40 amp breaker. Today we discussed replacing all breakers in your panel as well as just fixing the range breaker. Today we moved forward with only replacing the range breaker. We are going to do a whole house restoration which includes a new 30 space 125amp panel all new breakers and panel labeled. All mirrored plates will be included. All GFCI’s will be installed where needed. Permit will be pulled. Items being included at no additional cost: Install two customer supplied ceiling fans, 42 inches on the lanai Install one outdoor coach light on the lanai customer supplied. Rewire master bath vanity which has been flickering Payment is due upon completion and customers will pay by credit card. This job will have a 3 year warranty parts and labor.
