Today, I was called to address an issue with smoke detector chirping. Upon arrival, I identified the source of the noise. After gathering more information, I learned that the carbon monoxide and smoke detectors were replaced about six weeks ago. Upon inspection, I noticed that the brands of the carbon monoxide and smoke detectors were different. I quoted the customer to replace all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, ensuring they matched the recently installed ones. Today, I addressed a fan issue at the residence. Upon inspection, the fan was confirmed to be receiving proper power, verified through testing and connection checks. I informed you that the way to fix that would be to add an outlet by the garage door opener that way it was not controlled by a switch. Today I came out to your residence for your front outlet, not working. When I arrived, I pulled the outlet out to check for power. It was not getting proper power. I then went up in the attic to remake all connections in the junction box. After remaking all connections, I was receiving proper power. I then replaced the GFCI. Today I came out to your residence to give you a quote on adding a range hood. When I arrived, we walked to the kitchen. You showed me your microwave and had told me you wanted to get rid of the microwave and put in a range hood that vented to the outside of the home.Took a look around checked out the wall behind the microwave to see if venting outside was possible. We would vent straight back from the range hood through the wall to vent it outside. We would not vent up through the roof. I looked around the residence for a place to get power to the cameras. I had given you a quote to run wiring to boxes in the soffit for those ring cameras as well as install the cameras. Today we came back to your residence to complete estimated work. Today we continued with eliminating the aluminum circuits and replacing them with copper circuits. We also continued the replacement of outlets and switches. All aluminum circuits have been replaced to copper circuits. All outlets and switches have been replaced.
