I tested outlets inside with a circuit analyzer, found parts of home to be at 88.2 volts on a 120 volt circuit. This is a 27.4% voltage drop. Today I came out to look at no power to car wash. Found disconnect burnt up, blown fuse and 4/0 aluminum wire need to be replaced. I have provided a quote to make repairs. This would also involve FPL doing a power disconnect to be able to replace this. Justice is running it up the chain of command for approval and will contact me once approval is obtained. I also talk to you about the breakers in your main electrical panel and the age of them and getting them replaced. Today we got the fan working. Our last issue was a few outlets not working. Today we ran a diagnostic to figure out our issues. The issue with the range not moving from the off position was that it had a bad breaker, today we replaced that breaker. The air handler would trip because the breaker that was on it was a 30 amp breaker. When looking at the specs on the air handler it said the minimum breaker size is a 57 and the max is a 60. Today we put a 60 amp breaker on the air handler. To fix the outlets by the kitchen we had to replace it due to the outlet going bad. To fix the outlets in the master bathroom, I had to rewire them. The previous electrician that was in the house wired them the wrong way. As for the exterior outlet, the wire was ran as UF wiring. When following the UFI found that about halfway, the wire was spli
