I also found service needing to be upgraded, along with all three electrical panels throughout home one upstairs, one in the garage and pool panel due to damage. This project will include the rewire as needed replacing meter outside disconnect outside grounding system search protection indoor panel in garage panel upstairs. We will return as soon as permits are in place. Amy has to call and provide licensing and insurance paperwork along with collecting a deposit for this project. Afterwards, we looked at the disconnect outside. We then discussed the electrical system at the home. You let me know that previously you had your indoor panel upgraded from a Challenger panel to a square D QO panel. I then began my investigation to figure out what was going on in the home. After flipping the main breaker in the desk back on, I tested power in the home. I had proper power at all breakers. I then began investigating more of what was going on with the system. After further research, I found the whole bottom of the meter pack was rusted out. I could look from the bottom up and see the guts and wires on the inside of the meter pack. You also have a Challenger 12 gang meter pack. Power is back on and I informed you to keep it late tonight and do not use any big appliances. I informed you that if your b

I then been tested to see if the chime was good or if the chime had failed and no longer worked. After testing, I found the chime itself was bad. I’ll let you know and gave you a price to replace the chime. You agreed to the price. I picked up a chime and got it installed. I reinstalled the doorbell and the doorbell dinged. Today we arrived to complete the previously estimated work. 

We began by removing all of the bulbs and glass coverings for the bulbs on the chandelier. After that we completely removed the chandelier from the ceiling, along with the broken box that was used to support it. We then installed a new metal box rated to support 150lbs in the ceiling, and reinstalled the chandelier in its same location. To finish everything up, we cleaned all of the glass coverings for the bulbs and installed both the covers, and new led bulbs into the fixture.

Venice, FL - Was called out for breaker stripping when electric fireplace was plugged in in living room. Found fireplace to require a dedicated circuit. Also found breaker panel to be extremely hot, also plugged in circuit analyzer and found to be 11.8% over on load. I have provided Jean with multiple quotes to make repairs to her home.
